The Role
We have a new vacancy in the company for a dynamic Project Manager who shares our service values and who we can immediately immerse into existing and new projects.
Based in our CBD office, this full-time permanent role is crucial to our ability to grow the business whilst maintaining the high quality of our services and safeguarding our reputation for providing reliable, professional, and independent advisory services.
Reporting to a Director, your role will be largely autonomous with a focus on delivery of effective solutions to meet our clients’ needs. We take a direct and consultative approach to delivering results and adding value to our clients’ projects.
Responsibilities will generally include the following. As a small and busy team we concentrate on providing customised and independent advice to achieve high quality project outcomes, every time.
You
Assertive yet empathetic in approach, you will have good stakeholder and people management ability, and be well presented with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Good IT literacy is important and experience in MS Project or other programming software an advantage. You’ll be organised, show attention to detail and be able to prioritise effectively.
A tertiary qualification in Project Management or related relevant discipline is required, with at least three year’s experience in the procurement and delivery of capital works and administration of building contracts. The successful candidate will inspire the people around them, relish the challenge of helping to grow our business, and be willing to take ownership of this key role as part of a small, dynamic team.
