We are seeking an experienced Assistant Project Manager – ICT to join a growing team for assistance with ICT projects for Government and Corporate clients. Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, the successful candidate would be required on a permanent full-time basis for an immediate start on a project.

ABOUT THE JOB

  • Experience in providing ICT project management support for projects for ICT systems is desirable. Includes change planning, coordination of the external consultants, the discovery of the program of works and client-side change management.
  • Experience with the Microsoft Stack including SharePoint, DevOps, Excel and Power BI
  • Understanding of Agile and Prince 2 Project Management Methodology
  • Experience in training and supporting small teams within the business areas
  • Strong analytical skills and excellent attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal skills as well as written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently through unstructured tasks

ABOUT YOU

  • Demonstrated ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks in a timely and efficient manner Relevant tertiary qualification or demonstrated equivalent experience/training
  • Project management training or qualification desirable
