The Opportunity

We are currently looking for a motivated Project Finance Administrator to join our team on a 6-month Fixed Term Contract and become an integral member within the Property & Buildings team. As a Project Finance Administrator, you will have the opportunity to closely interact with Project Managers, Commercial Managers, Corporate Finance whilst being part of a large peer group of like minded professionals.

You will be given the opportunity to a become master of your craft and crush your job responsibilities which include:

• Act as a gatekeeper for all financial aspects related to project
• Champion best practice, as well as consistency, in project finance alongside your peers
• Ensure projects in the ERP are reflected with the most accurate and up to date information
• Preparing and submitting invoices to clients
• Monitoring project budgets and investigating any variances
• Interpreting financial information on a Weekly & Monthly basis to support project management and commercial decisions

You have managed multiple projects of varying values at any given time and effectively handled multiple priorities and the challenges that comes along with it. Not think as an accountant but as a project manager.
