About the role | Fixed Term Contract (April 2022)

As the Project Manager you will undertake the full end to end management in line with Greater Bank’s Initiative management framework ensuring quality and governance standards are upheld.

The Project Manager will influence and guide key stakeholders from all facets of the business in order to drive the project through to successful completion that underpin the portfolio delivery function of Greater Bank.

This includes:

  • Representing Technology Payments and Projects division to drive successful outcomes in engaging stakeholders at a senior level;
  • Supporting our compliance and technical project streams across regulatory changes and consumer data rights;
  • Ensure appropriate initiative, due diligence and risk management is maintained;
  • Collaborate with appropriate stakeholders to manage the impact of change in order to successfully deliver ultimate outcomes and minimise business disruption;
  • Manage project registers for actions, risks, issues and decisions.

What we’re looking for

You will take the time to understand the needs of the business while encouraging the development of new initiatives along with the following experience:

  • Ability to quickly and effectively establish rapport and solid relationships;
  • Deliver projects in an environment of constant change;
  • Project management toolsets and professional qualifications in Project Management (e.g. Prince2, Scrum, Agile, PMP certification);
  • Exceptional communication, consultation and negotiation skills;
  • Knowledge and experience within the finance industry and/or a regulatory background will be highly regarded.
